DR Semi Automatic Corker

The DR Corker is affordably priced - ideal for start-up operations. It is a semi automatic corker that functions much like a floor corker that has been built in to a durable all stainless steel frame. It uses compressed air to drive down the corker arm as the cork is squeezed by sturdy metal jaws to push the cork into bottle. The DR Corker comes with a clear and durable plastic door that activates the corking. Safe and easy to operate, single feed corking - a big step up from using a floor corker. Just drop in cork and close door! Great for most popular sizes of corks including synthetic. You can expect to cork about 400 to 450 bottles per hour.
Note: As with most semi automatic corkers, the DR unit leaves a concave indentation in the top of the corks.
- One cork one bottle per cycle
- Requires a standard 1 hp, 5 gal compressor (or larger) and hose
- Set compressor at 90 psi
- Should be bolted to solid surface such as a counter top
